How to run Stream the Million
Stream the Million turns your chat into the contestant on a millionaire-style quiz show. Viewers vote every answer through gifts or chat commands, the majority is locked in, and you climb a 15-step money ladder together - all on a single 9:16 overlay built for TikTok LIVE. This guide takes you from purchase to your first live show.

Buy and install from the launcher
Open the TikBoom launcher, find Stream the Million and buy it once for 9,99 EUR - it's yours to keep, updates included. After the purchase the launcher installs it and the Play button unlocks. It opens two windows: a control window only you see, and the overlay window for your stream.

Add the 9:16 overlay to your stream
In TikTok Live Studio (or OBS), add a window capture source and pick the Stream the Million overlay. It's a portrait 9:16 panel made to sit right on your LIVE - your viewers see the question, the answers, the live vote and the money ladder; the control window with the correct answer stays private to you.

Map a vote to each answer
Open the Connect tab. It gives you four webhook URLs, one per answer (A, B, C, D). In your gift tool (TikTory, TikFinity, ...) point a separate gift or chat command at each one - for example !a, !b, !c, !d, or four cheap gifts. Keep {username} in the link so each viewer only votes once.

Pick your language and questions
On the Language tab choose the interface language and the question bank (English or German). Over 4,400 questions per language download once and then work fully offline. Add your own sounds on the Sound tab and recolor or rearrange the overlay on the Look tab if you like.

Start the show
Hit Start game. A question appears, your chat votes, and you watch the live tally roll in on the control window - only you see which answer is correct. Lock the chat's answer, reveal it, and climb the ladder. Run it hands-on in manual mode, or flip on auto mode and let a per-question timer drive the whole show.
The overlay is a single 9:16 panel. The question and four answers sit up top, the live vote bars fill as gifts land, the jokers and the money ladder frame the round. Below is roughly how it looks on stream.
Every question runs the same loop - you stay in control of the pace.
- A new question and four answers appear on the overlay.
- Your chat votes by gift or command - each viewer's latest vote counts once.
- The live bars show the split in real time; only you see the correct answer.
- You lock the chat's majority answer, then reveal it.
- Right answer climbs the ladder; wrong answer drops back to the last safe haven.
You trigger each once per game in manual mode, exactly like the TV show.
50:50
Removes two wrong answers, leaving the correct one and a single decoy. The dropped answers fade out on the overlay.
Audience
Polls a simulated studio audience and shows the percentage split per answer - a strong hint, but not a guarantee.
Phone
A friend calls in with their best guess and how sure they are. Usually right, but they can be talked out of it.

Manual mode
You run the show: lock the answer when you want, use jokers, cash out at a safe haven or push for the million. Full millionaire experience with a real game-over.
Auto mode
A per-question timer locks the vote automatically and moves straight on. No jokers, no game-over - wrong answers just adapt the difficulty to your chat. Hands-off background entertainment.
These are the four URLs from the Connect tab - one per answer. Map a gift or chat command to each in your gift tool. The launcher listens on a fixed port, so they never change. Keep {username} in the link; your chat tool fills in the viewer name.

- Each viewer's latest vote counts once, so spam doesn't stack. A short delay after each question ignores leftover votes from the previous one.
