The launcher isn't code-signed by Microsoft yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen on first launch. It's completely safe to install - here's how to get past it:
- Run the downloaded installer. When the blue SmartScreen window appears, click "More info".
- A "Run anyway" button shows up at the bottom - click it to continue the install.
We're working on a signed build to remove this prompt. Until then this is the only extra click you'll need.
